Or if they are in the weight room and feel that they can not do lift any more weight they try to get in two or three more reps. After practice when they are dead tired and feel like they do not have any energy left they should stay after practice and get at least a hundred long shots up. Getting In Shape

Training to get in basketball shape is very intense and difficult. Most of the time it is easier to get out of shape than it is to get in shape. For my training I will be on the track running. I will run a mile and a half and then run up and down the bleachers. This will help for endurance so that I can play at high level in the game even when I am tired. The track is something that most basketball players hate, but they this help them become a better player and help their team become a better team. For me the track is something that I feel like if I get do this I can do anything. On my first day of conditioning I was very tired going through my workouts. I know that the only way to get in shape is to push myself when I feel I have nothing left. Another part of the game that track the tracks help with is mental toughness. Mental toughness is when you know you are tired you don’t listen to your mind that is saying that you are tired. You keep pushing and finish your workout the very best that you can.
