In order for any athlete wants to get better they will need to push their bodies to limits that they did not think their body can reach. When they are on the track running and they feel that they feel themselves slowing down they need to push themselves and speed up. Or if they are in the weight room and feel that they can not do lift any more weight they try to get in two or three more reps. After practice when they are dead tired and feel like they do not have any energy left they should stay after practice and get at least a hundred long shots up. When pushing your body to its limit an athlete must be careful that they are not pushing their bodies to far or hard. They need to be aware of their body strengths and weaknesses. When they can  an athlete can under what their strengths and weaknesses are they can find out what workouts or drills they can push themselves in. If they do not understand them, they can really do damage to their body and it could take a long time for them to recover. When an athlete is pushing their bodies they need to be aware on what their body limits are.
